The JWUMC Day School offers a developmentally appropriate curriculum, concentrating on special area enrichment classes and learning through play. Our Teaching Teams provide experiences to enhance your child’s social, academic and spiritual growth, through art, music, Spanish, American Sign Language, science and social activities.

Day School Programs Offered

The Day School serves children ages 2 months through 4 years old. We offer Infants, Toddlers, Twos, Older Twos (Twos with fall birthdays), Threes and 4K classes. We are in session Monday-Friday, 9:45am – 1:00pm, September through May, and in July, two 1-week sumer fun camps.

Our Staff

Our Teaching Teams consist of a minimum of two teachers per classroom, who work in conjunction with our Special Area teachers. Our staff of caring, qualified teachers provides positive, FUN, educational experiences for the children in our care. All are CPR/First Aid certified, have passed a national background check, and are certified by the Stewards of Children & John Wesley UMC’s Child Protection Policy.
